30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear, and intimate apparel cannot be returned unless they are in a defective or damaged condition upon arrival.

How to Return:

1. Email us at  Sindikati.it@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Please ensure the item is securely packaged for return.
3. Ship your items back to us using the provided label.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
• Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.

Exchanges:

• If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
